Below are brief descriptions of the positions we are recruiting for:
Youth Care Practitioners (YCP)
As a YCP, you will play a critical role within our Healing Home Program offering youth ages 10-18 safe spaces, compassion, one-on-one support, and specialized therapy to help with emotional, behavioral, social, and/or medical needs that require high levels of support, supervision, and intervention. This is accomplished through ongoing, culturally sensitive care while serving as a positive role model from a needs-based, trauma informed, relational child and youth care approach. You can make a positive difference in the life a young person.
Healing Home Supervisor
As a Healing Home Supervisor, you will work in partnership with the YCPs, youth and their families in developing an overall healing process through daily programming and specific Healing Plans. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the home, the case management of all youth within the program and all personnel matters related to the staff team. The Healing Home supervisor functions within a strength based, trauma informed, relational child & youth care approach.
Healing Home Team Lead
As a Team Lead you will assist the Healing Home Supervisor in both the daily operation and development of the home while working collaboratively with other team members, supervisors, and Programs. You will participate within an open-minded, strengths based, trauma informed, relational child and youth care approach that promotes the cultivation and mobilization of youth strengths, potential and capacity for growth. You will also provide programming inclusive to all youth and practice a policy of open-mindedness and inclusion regarding culture and ceremony for children and youth and their care providers.
