Crisis Support Services – Survey 2025

We Need Your Input!

We would like to hear from youth (age 15-27) and parents/caregivers as we plan for the future and make sure we provide the best support possible services for you!

The focus of this survey is Youth Crisis Services:

• The 24-Hour Crisis Line (phone support)
• The Mobile Crisis Team (in-person visits in Winnipeg only).

We value your feedback EVEN if you have not used our services. You will help us learn more about the needs of youth and families when facing mental health challenges.  We will not collect any names or contact details and promise the links are safe!
