Mayfair Innovations is The Link’s social enterprise. A social enterprise is a community-based business that sells goods or services to achieve a social, cultural or environmental purpose. Some of the possible and positive community outcomes generated by social enterprises include: the creation of jobs for people facing barriers to employment, reduced poverty, environmental sustainability, reduced crime, improved health outcomes and inclusive, sustainable, local economies.

Mayfair Innovations provides friendly and reliable services year-round throughout Winnipeg including renovations and general building maintenance, scrap pickup, shed and fence building, courier work, inter-office jobs and internal move jobs.

The program provides youth 16-25 years of age with mentorship, paid training and the opportunity to learn industry and life skills as they work alongside the team.
