- Reconnecting families to their culture, identity, community and nurturing a sense of belonging.
- Improving physical, mental and emotional wellness.
- Strengthening safe, caring, collaborative and respectful relationships with family, peers and people in the community.
- Equipping youth with skills for lifelong independence, including job training and school supports.
