The Link is looking for an experienced Youth Care Practitioner (YCP) within the Healing Homes service area. YCPs are responsible for providing care and specialized treatment for the youth in the Healing Homes program. YCPs ensure that programming is provided for the youth within the policies and treatment philosophy of The Link.

YCPs are responsible for providing specialized care for the youth in the Healing Homes program. YCPs ensure that programming is provided for the youth within the healing philosophy of The Link.
Provides leadership, development and supervision of all activities related to care planning for children and youth placed in The Link Healing Homes, ensuring that care providers are supported to provide quality care. As well, Clinical Case Managers contribute to the ongoing development of the program.
Duties and responsibilities are carried out within a trauma and resiliency informed framework that promotes The Links’ Therapeutic Model of Care, including the agency Mission, Guiding Principles and the Circle of Courage® values. Duties are performed within a team environment that focuses on establishing collaborative and trusting relationships with one another and with agency clients. Providing culturally competent services and ensuring client safety, choice and control are priorities at The Link.
The Program Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of the program as well as the case management of all youth accessing this program and all personnel matters related to the staff team and programming. This position supports and supervises the youth care workers who are required to provide ongoing, culturally sensitive care while adhering to organizational policies and procedures and expectations.
